Pile which is medically referred to as heamorriod are vascular structures on the anal canal that that serve as cushions that help with stool control. They become problematic when they are inflamed or swollen. Causes: The main cause is unknown.     "Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting in two bodies" Aristotle.  I am not a fan of love at first sight but I have witnessed it, its real!  This is one love story that i have witnessed from inception, through its stages of  progression and now its sealed!  So I am glad that I got the privilege of interviewing my colleague who married a  colleague.
