Fruits and foods that can help reduce the effects of stress in the body.
Along with other therapy I listed that one could employ to relive or reduce stress,there are fruits,foods, drinks that can help reduce stress.
They can also help to handle the effects of stress on the skin,so that you have a flawless skin.
Now let me tell you this little secret. When you have a flawless skin, even a very simple dressing looks so great. Try it and you will thank me later.
You need to eat fruits as often as you can.
There are so many fruits but I picked just a few. Choose the one that is easily available around your environment,and begin to use them.
Here's the few I selected and they are really good.
• Avocado pear
• Blue berries
• Straw berry
• Almonds
• Cashews
• Chocolate (dark Chocolate)
• Milk
• Garlic
• Grass feed beef
• Turkey breast
• Green tea
• Oat meal
• Orange,grape,tangerine,pineapple, mango,papaya and all fruits rich in vit c.
• Oysters,salmon,fishes rich in omega 3
• Walnuts
• Green leafy vegetables e.g Asparagus,green peas,broccoli
• Lentils
• Eggs
• Yogurt
• Seeds ( pumpkin seeds,sun flower seed)
• Sweet potatoes
• Red cabbage
• Kiwi fruits
• Banana pepper
• Black currants
• Red bell pepper
• Mustard spinach
• Guava
