Major diseases that kill men
Good morning...... Am so sorry friends. Your girl has been up with a lot of things,so it was as if I wasn't functioning here but I am back!
There are so many diseases that kill very slowly but are rampant. And most times the cause of the death is known after the demise of the person. While in some cases it is believed they the cause of the death is "spiritual".
I mentioned earlier that the kill slowly. Yes, this is true because they build up with time and more exposure to the risk / predisposing factors.
Some times they are A symptomatic. Leaving you with no idea that you have such disease in you.
I will write elaborately on these diseases today. I will do that some other time. I will tell you on the little signs you can use to detect them and what to do.
Here is some of them
- Heart disease; it is the leading cause of death health wise in most parts of the world, according to research. It encompasses a wide range of conditions that affect the body, heart and blood vessels which includes heart failure, angina, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias. The common risk factor is high blood pressure.
- Prostrate cancer; it is the most common type of cancer in men after skin cancer. It produces no sign until it has metastasized ( i.e spread thought the reproductive system and sometimes the whole body.
- Hypertension; it is commonly known as high blood pressure. It has a lot of risk factors. And when its not controlled, it can lead to a lot of heart diseases, including stroke.
The best way to prevent this diseases is
- To go for routine check as often as you can.
- Adhere to the medical advise given.
- Be cautious of the kind of food you eat, and your lifestyle.
- Exercise often.
- Be free from stress or find ways to balance stress.
- Flee from things, environments that can predispose you to these diseases.
- Keep salt low in your meals.
- Ensure you're not obsessed. Work on your weight.
- If you're married as a man, involve in active as often as you can.
- Find friends and things that make you happy.
