Tips On How To Loose Belly Fat Naturally
Belly fat is a major problem in our society. Belly fat is easily acquired but very hard to loose. And its easy to have accumulated fat cells around that area but hard loose. It hinders our shape and figure from being pronounced. It could also be a sign or cause a major health issue.
Here are few tips on how to loose belly fat.
- Exercise; it is the most effective way to loose fat around that region. It must be done with some consistency. It yields result faster. There are some other natural things that can boost the desired result.
• Ginger: it is a thermogenic agent. This property it has helps to increase the body's temperature mostly around the belly. This increase in temperature causes rapid break down of fat cells. Which helps to loose fat around that area. It also speeds up digestion. It can be added to various diets as desired or made in form of a tea.
Garlic: garlic has some anti-obesity properties. This property helps to shed belly fat. It also helps to reduce blood pressure. It maybe eaten raw, added to a diet or taken along with ginger tea.
Hot pepper: peppers have capsaicin and thermogenic properties. These properties help to turn up the body's temperature. When the body is heated, metabolic rate increases and fats stored up in the body is broken.
Lemon: it contains polyphenol antioxidant. These properties aid digestion and also helps a lot in weight loss.
Water: it helps to speed up metabolic rate thereby helping your body to reduce fat.
Oats and nuts: oats, nuts, beans have soluble fibers which aids the breakdown of belly fat.
Yogurts: pro biotic foods like yogurts have "good bacteria" that can help to increase metabolic rate and loose belly fat easily.
Fruits: fruits have high water and fibre content, which makes you feel full while working on increasing metabolism. This lessens your calorie intake, decreases body fat and reduces cholesterol.
Note:
Eat small amounts of food regularly. You could eat 3-4 times a day instead of eating 1 or 2 very heavy and large portions.
Reduce calorie intake. I know we do a lot of carbs but let us deal with carbs that have low calories.
Reduce the intake of refines sugars.
Here's my recipe for ginger tea.
• get desired amount of fresh ginger.
• get desired amount of local garlic.
• get some green tea packs .
• 1 big or 2 small fresh lemon.
• honey ( optional )
Peel the ginger and garlic.
Wash and blend together.
Pour the mixture into a kettle, squeeze the lemon to get the juice.
But you can still add the flesh after squeezing and boil for about 10mins.
Add the packs of green tea as you wish but not less than 2 packs.
Drink it while its hot,and you can store up for the next time. But warm before you drink.
You can add honey to taste.
Take little quantity often. About 10 or 15 mls.
