They are behind most health challenges including digestive problems.
Some common types of parasitic worms that affect man include flukes, tapeworms, round worms, hookworms, and many others.

There are so many possible signs but these few could help you detect worm infestation;
• Unexplained weight loss due to anemia
• Dysentery/diarrhoea
• Itching around the abdomen

• Bloating maybe due to constipation

• Itching around the vulva or rectum

Natural Ways To Get Rid Of Worms
- Papaya seeds; they contain cavicin,and an enzyme myrosin which kills parasites and expels toxins secreted by those parasites. It helps to reduce inflammation caused by those Worms. You can take the seeds fresh or dry. The dried seeds can be taken with yogurt.
- Pineapple; bromelain in pineapple helps in expelling tapeworm, its waste products and free radical produced by these worms. It also reduces the amount of glucose available which leads to death.
- Cucumber seeds; they are so rich in enzymes that help to eliminate worms. You can eat a lot till you get desired result.
- Cloves; eugenol is a compound in cloves that is regarded as the most powerful germicide in the plant kingdom. It also has caryophyllene which is a strong antimicrobial agent. They both help to kill parasites,along with the eggs and larvae.
- Ginger; it kills parasites, reduces cramps, pains, nausea, vomiting and bloating. It warms the digestive system and eliminates mucus. It also increases production of stomach acid which kills these bad worms.
- Lemon juice and banana; banana contains oligosaccharides which contracts the intestines and expels Worms. Lemon juice has antibacterial and antiprotozoal effects which kills parasites.
How to take; crush one banana and mix with two table spoons of lemon juice,take it once a day till you see desired results.
- Carrots; The beta carotene in Carrots destroys eggs and larvae of intestinal worms. It boost immunity and helps to fight parasites. Take carrots or carrots juice in an empty stomach every morning and stay till noon. Do this for at least a week.
